Project description
The building was developed by Vondellaan 47 Leiden B.V., a collaboration between Delta Development Group and VolkerWessels Construction and Real Estate Development, and designed by OPL Architects and Heyligers d+p (interior). This striking building consists of an office section of approximately 20,000 m² GFA and was developed with a focus on people, flexibility, and adaptability. As such, the building promotes the productivity and well-being of Heerema employees.
By incorporating Cradle to Cradle© elements and a comprehensive sustainability package, the building is set to receive the BREEAM NL new construction certification with an “Excellent” label.
Verwol had the opportunity in this project to showcase the best of all its disciplines. Writable glass walls, acoustic felt walls, fully integrated locker systems, and climate ceilings with magnetic attachment are just a few of the project’s special features. As the icing on the cake, a completely new wall system has been developed for this project, which will be launched in the near future. We’re keeping these photos under wraps for now…
